- Optional: If you have opted in, we can automatically match and share relevant details with selected installers so they can contact you about quotes or next steps.
What personal data we collect

- Your inputs: budget, goals, preferences, answers entered into forms, and any corrections or verification you provide

Where you choose to be contacted by installers, we may also use automated processes to match your details with suitable installers based on factors such as property type, location, budget range, and the measures recommended in your report.
These processes:
- are used only where you have opted in to installer contact
- do not produce legal or similarly significant effects
- do not require you to proceed with any installer or service
Installer matching and recommendations are informational and facilitative only. You remain free to decide whether or not to engage with any installer.
Important information about installer introductions:
- We may receive a fee or commission for facilitating installer introductions.
- Once your details are shared, installers typically act as independent data controllers for their own communications and services. You should review their privacy policies when they contact you.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@greenhomeguide.co.uk. Withdrawal will not affect sharing that has already taken place.

Service emails vs marketing emails
- Service emails (e.g. report delivery, confirmations, essential updates) are sent as part of providing the service and do not require marketing consent.
- Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information
Payment information is not stored by us.
When you purchase a report or other paid service, payment details are collected and processed securely by a third-party payment service provider.
We do not collect, store, or have access to full payment card details (such as card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes). Our employees and contractors do not have access to your full payment information at any time.
Payment pages may be branded to appear consistent with our website, but they are operated and controlled by the payment service provider in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.
International data transfers
